JTS Reader, authored by Mr. Tom Slemko, uses a new male speech font to read text files or text copied to the Window’s clipboard. It uses the latest speech technology available.

It was originally designed as an aid to the visually challenged individuals, but it has progressed beyond the original intent and is now used by authors and proofreaders to finalize business letters, novel and short story manuscripts and reading online newspapers on the Internet.
It requires no external synthesizer or equipment, as the synthesizer is software intensive (based) and uses the sound card for speech. You will find Reader useful. a welcome aid, and indeed cost-effective by reducing production time. Many people tell me it is the best text Reader on the Internet, find out for yourself.
