                 E-mail - MS Exchange 
                Error message says "You  could not be logged on to mail server" 
                
                    - On the desktop, double-click on the Inbox icon.
 
                    - On the menu bar, click Tools.
 
                    - Click Options.
 
                    - Click Services.
   
                    - Click Internet Mail.
 
                    - Click the Properties button.
 
                    - The Internet Mail server field should have mail.net-star.net in it (or your corresponding mail server).
 
                    - The Account name field, should have your username in it.
 
                    - Delete the contents of the Password field and retype your  password (in the appropriate case and making sure that CAPS LOCK is turned off.)
   
                    - Click OK.
 
                    - Click OK again.
 
                    - On the menu bar, click File.
 
                    - Click Exit.
 
                    - On the desktop, double-click Inbox to restart MS Exchange.
