E-mail - MS Exchange

Error message says "You  could not be logged on to mail server"

  1. On the desktop, double-click on the Inbox icon.
  2. On the menu bar, click Tools.
  3. Click Options.
  4. Click Services.
     
  5. Click Internet Mail.
  6. Click the Properties button.
  7. The Internet Mail server field should have mail.net-star.net in it (or your corresponding mail server).
  8. The Account name field, should have your username in it.
  9. Delete the contents of the Password field and retype your  password (in the appropriate case and making sure that CAPS LOCK is turned off.)
     
  10. Click OK.
  11. Click OK again.
  12. On the menu bar, click File.
  13. Click Exit.
  14. On the desktop, double-click Inbox to restart MS Exchange.
