On Patio Covers we ship only to states west of the Rocky Mountains at the prices posted. Sales tax is added when appropriate.
Beams are recommended for Heavy Snow Load Areas. The beams set back behind fascia with the post under the beam. 3 1/2 inch white beam 20 foot long costs $250. A 24 foot beam costs $300.
Kit includes all parts, screws, and installation instructions, except caulking.
All Aluminum white finish including 3" x 3" posts and downspout. Each down spout is 2" x 3" and includes elbow. Posts are 8 foot height.
For 10 foot posts add $10 per post extra.
White standard color. Ivory is optional as the same price.
12 inch "W" panel is standard. 8 inch "Flat" panel is available at extra cost of $1.00 per square foot. Flat panels allows walls with screens to fit better should you decide to add them to patio cover. (Click here to see pictures of "W" and "Flat" panels.)
